Karaoke Downloads,

If you are downloading our Karaoke Music for your own purchase you must know first most (and I must remind you) that our songs are licensed for down load only - if you burn them to Disc the license does not cover this - these are meant to stay in hard-drive format for home or KJ use. These are not for recording with the singer either, this is modifying the song and requires special licensing from the manufacturer.
When you purchase , you are presented with links to download immediately but you also receive a copy of the links along with the amount paid, by email. This is your proof of purchase.

Important: If your region of the world requires that you have proof of purchase( New Zealand does) then this is the email you show and keep safe!

In regards to licensing, we are the MCPS licensed for permanent downloads - this means our songs are covered for us to distribute in digital format and we are also backed by the manufacturer whom we pay royalties. Allows the local user (not us) , to use digital form of music (regardless of audio, video, Karaoke).

For use in New Zealand - use at home straight forward, use them. If you play in clubs, pubs, you must make sure your Establishment (not KJ or us) has AMCOS/APRA licenses and there for the KJ always covered for (profit use of the song performance - nothing to do with our distribution licensing), the songs are other wise fine.

We just joined on a New Zealand manufacturer "Sundown Karaoke" which was announced this week by press release. "Sundown " is an APRA licensed company (for releases) and we cover them with MCPS ( for distribution).
